- Azerbaijani Certificate of Secondary Education (Orta tehsil haqqinda attestat)
AND/OR
- The Vocational Schools and Lyceums Certificate (Peşə Liseyim and Peşə Məktəbi)
- To complete a recognised international foundation year
OR
- One year at a recognised Azerbaijani University with an average grade of good/excellent (3.5/5.0)
Postgraduate
Specialist Diploma or Bachelor (Bakalavr) with grades of 3.9, or 70%, from a recognised institution
MPhil or PhD
The normal requirement for an MPhil is a good honours degree (First or Upper-Second class) or a relevant Masters degree. For a PhD the normal entry requirement is an MPhil.

AND

5 year Specialist Diploma or Master degree showing a minimum final award of 3 out of 5 or 6 out of 10 (Good).
