Relax in the sunshine with a free ice cream!

You can grab yourself a free ice cream, relax in our deck chairs and enjoy the sunshine in officially the sunniest place in the UK!

We also have live music and food and drink on offer throughout the day, as well as free tea, coffee or soft drink options once you arrive.

Don't forget to keep an eye out for our campus dog Lincoln – he'll be more than happy to say hello!

Bishop Otter campus

Our historic campus set in the heart of the city of Chichester

Our Bishop Otter Campus in Chichester is set in beautiful surroundings with plenty of relaxing green space and a combination of attractive, historic buildings and excellent modern facilities.

Founded by Bishop of Chichester William Otter in 1839, the University still retains a strong sense of history as original parts still remain.

With Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton all under an hour away, the University of Chichester is perfectly placed for exploring the south coast.

The South Downs National Park begins just 1.5 miles from our Chichester campus. From rolling hills to bustling market towns, the South Downs National Park's landscapes cover 1,600km² of breath-taking views and hidden gems.

Bognor Regis campus

State-of-the-art facilities nestled on the south coast

Situated just five minutes from the sea, our Bognor Regis Campus boasts the flagship £35m Tech Park, which is home to our Engineering and Design and Creative Digital Technologies Departments.

In addition, we have beautiful Georgian architecture including three grand mansion houses amongst our other modern teaching facilities.

Bognor Regis is well known for its long stretch of coastline, with a mixture of sandy and pebble beaches and with just a five minute walk from campus, there's no excuse not to visit!

The famous Butlins Bognor Regis resort lies at the eastern end of the promenade and is the largest holiday centre in the South of England.
