About

Holly gained her degree in Humanistic Counselling from the University of Chichester in 2014 and her MSc in Autism and Related Neurodevelopmental Conditions from the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in 2020. Holly also has a BA in Philosophy from Cardiff University, and is an Accredited Member of the BACP.

Holly describes herself as a Humanistic Existentialist Counsellor who, in her private practice, specialises in working with adults with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, ODD and other Neurodevelopmental Conditions.  Holly also works extensively with issues around anxiety, relationships and depression.  Holly is interested in the multitude of ways of being people bring and sometimes struggle with. She teaches a number of workshops on private practice, working with neurodiversity and a personal favourite workshop on working therapeutically alongside video games.
