Gary has worked in Primary Education as a Classteacher, Deputy and Headteacher since 1995. He has lead on a range of inter-school initiatives during this time including on assessment and curriculum.  He has experience in a range of schools and has worked in both the Local Authority and Academy systems. Gary has interests in child centred and project based learning particularly in relation to the STEM subjects. He has conducted research into developing children’s metacognition and increasing their resilience.
