About
Helen is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and has her own private practice in which she provides a range of coaching services.
In her coaching role, Helen works with Chichester Forest School supporting a family group with a focus on enhancing the wellbeing of attendees.
Helen works with coachees with diverse backgrounds. She is particularly passionate about supporting young people with academic pressure.
Helen is also a Chartered Psychologist (Teaching Route) with over twenty years of experience of working in Further Education.
Professional
Helen is an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society.
She is a qualified teacher and associate fellow of the Academy of Higher Education Academy.
Helen is module leader on 2 masters in Coaching Psychology modules; Coaching Practice & skills and Ethical Leadership and Organisational Sustainability.
Research
Her current research interests include positive psychology and coaching psychology.
Helen is currently finalising a study exploring parental wellbeing while attending family forest school sessions.
She is also investigating how the location and environment may influence the experience of coaching for coaches.
Helen is also exploring how self-efficacy may be influenced through the use of psychological interventions through the coaching process.
