- Working for Us
The University is committed to providing safe and inclusive campuses for students, employees and visitors.
The University does not tolerate bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct, domestic abuse, victimisation or discrimination of any kind and takes proactive steps to minimise the risk of this happening. If you have experienced or witnessed bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct, domestic abuse, victimisation or discrimination, we would encourage you to speak to the relevant colleagues in Student Support (for students) or your lead Human Resources contact (for staff).
If you have experienced sexual misconduct, there is help and support available for students and employees who can contact their HR lead or access the staff employee assistance programme.
If you wish to report anonymously that you have either experienced or witnessed bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct, domestic abuse, victimisation or discrimination, then you can do so by using our anonymous reporting form.
It is important to note that by reporting anonymously, the University will not have access to your details and will not be able to take further action, unless there is a safeguarding concern and identifiable details have been submitted as part of the report.
Prior to submitting an anonymous report, please read our Anonymous Reporting Tool FAQs, which outline what the form is, where the information submitted goes, the difference between a formal complaint and the anonymous reporting tool, and how long the information will be kept.
