The Students Union puts on a variety of events throughout the year.
From the Summer Ball, to WSHIE every week, there’s plenty to keep you busy!

September/October – Fresher’s Fair
To kick off the new academic year, we host our freshers fair, joined by local companies, businesses and food vendors, and an opportunity to meet all of our clubs and societies.
SU Elections
The Student Union elections take place every year and are a great opportunity for students to step forward and get involved with our officer team.
Varsity (Semester 2)
Sports teams from Chichester and Winchester University go head-to-head in a day of friendly competition with the winner bringing home the varsity cup!
SU Awards (Semester 2)
The sports and societies awards take place each year to celebrate the success of our students’ fantastic teams and societies.
Summer Ball (May)
The perfect way to round off a year at university, with live music, fairground rides, silent discos, food stall and much more, Summer Ball is certainly not one to miss!
Running Bar Events: WSIHE, Karaoke and Quiz Nights
We host weekly karaoke nights as well as regular quizzes and darts nights, that’s not to forget our beloved weekly student night WSIHE, which is always popular for socials and fancy-dress nights!
