Rob Gómez Martín

Rob has been a cameraman, director and actor for over 25 years working across a variety of television and film genres including sport, documentaries, undercover filming and drama. He was a co-founder of The Big Issue Film Unit (in the mid-1990s) and also worked as a freelance director for ITV and BBC Studios Factual and as a presenter for the Discovery Channel.

Rob’s most recent credits include the MiCannes award-winning The Real George Michael: Portrait of an Artist (2023) and The Marquee Club: Birthplace of Rock (2025).
