Homelessness Studies Lab
Homelessness is an ongoing and growing challenge in the UK. Our ‘From Adversity to University’ project supports those who have been affected by homelessness to access higher education and professional development through a co-produced bridging module.
This bridging module is a result of working with homelessness charities and has received funding from, and are currently working with, the UPP Foundation.
For more information about the research centre or From Adversity to University project please email Becky Edwards on email@example.com.
From Adversity to University Longitudinal Evaluation Project
The From Adversity to University project started in September 2018 and is ongoing.
The Adversity to University Toolkit to was launched at HEPI/UPP Foundation roundtable dinner in London on Wednesday 17th November 2021.
This hub aims to bring together organisations, charities and academics to co-produce research and innovative projects with possibility for collaborative bids.
We are particularly interested in hearing about other projects and research in this area. If you would like to be involved in this innovative and under researched area please contact Becky Edwards (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Sandra Lyndon (email@example.com).
In addition to our key staff members we have been contacted by a number of charities, academics and external organisations who are interested in working collaboratively and developing research opportunities.
