Business in action: leading the way for business research
Business research enables companies, big and small, to develop in an efficient, safe and equitable way, bringing together people, industry and environmental concerns to tackle the biggest and most challenging issues of the day.
The University of Chichester works with some of the UK’s most impressive companies, from Rolls Royce and Goodwood to smaller local initiatives. Our researchers have extensive practice- and theory-based experience in issues related to leadership, management, sustainability, hospitality, and more.
Studying business at a higher (PhD or MPhil) level will equip you with the subject knowledge and confidence to work as a leader in any profession. It could also give you the experience to set up your own business, whether in business consultancy or a specific industry.
Business is a wide-ranging subject, attracting people from a wide range of backgrounds. Whether they be musicians, artists, athletes or other professionals, everyone who comes to study business at a higher level will have their own unique and valuable perspectives to share.
