This year’s Graduation ceremonies will be held on 4 and 5 October at Chichester Festival Theatre’s Theatre in the Park.
For details of your course ceremony please see the Graduation Ceremonies page of this website.
If you think you are eligible to attend graduation and have not received an invitation please email email@example.com with your name, student number, subject and the postal address of where you would like it sent.
You will be able to purchase up to three guest tickets for your graduation ceremony. Tickets for children under 5 are free, but due to health and safety restrictions at the venue they must have a seat and will be included as one of your guests. Further information will be made available to you in your letter of invitation. There is no charge for graduands’ tickets, but guest tickets are £13 per person.
To let us know you are attending your graduation ceremony and pay for your guest tickets please complete your registration and ticket application form. A link to the online store is included in the form http://store.chi.ac.uk/. Please see the user guide to completing your registration and ticket application form. For help with SONAR please check the IT Help pages: http://help.chi.ac.uk/students/sonar or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you are having trouble accessing SONAR.
We have been able to allocate all extra guest tickets requested for Ceremonies 1, 2 and 6.
For Ceremonies 3 and 5 extra guest tickets have been limited to a maximum of two per graduand.
For Ceremony 4 if you completed your SONAR form and paid for your guest tickets by 30 April 2013 extra guest tickets allocated have been limited to a maximum of two per graduand. For applications and payments received after 30 April they have been limited to a maximum of one per graduand.
Guest tickets have only been allocated to graduands who have requested them on their SONAR form. They can be paid for by visiting our online store http://store.chi.ac.uk/. Please only pay for the number of guest tickets allocated.
If you are not sure how many tickets you requested or have any other queries please email email@example.com or phone 01243 812155/21717. Once payment has been received extra tickets will be posted to students eligible to graduate.
We are planning to post guest tickets and information packs by Friday 16 August to all students eligible to graduate.
