Support and information zone

The Support and Information Zone (SIZ) is your first point of contact for many University services. The SIZ is our main reception area and is physically located within our Learning Resource Centres on both campuses.

In order to ensure social distancing is maintained, physical access to Learning Resource Centres will be stopped from Tuesday 24 March.

The SIZ physical service desk will not be available and SIZ will move to an online and telephone service between 10am - 4pm. 

From Monday 23 March parking restriction will be relaxed on both campuses, as access to parking permits will not be available.

Friday 3 April onwards

  • Opening hours 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, 10am - 2pm, weekends
  • These hours will remain fluid as we carefully manage staff availability during these challenging times.
