Enterprising Women

Enterprising Women 2016

The Enterprising Women Conference takes place in November each year to support Global Enterprise Week and aims to inspire and motivate young women to consider the widest range of career possibilities to ensure they reach their full potential.

The business breakfast forum provides students with the opportunity to interview successful business women and learn about their progression pathways from school to their current role. Students also spend time focusing on their own skills and identifying potential future job roles.

Previous speakers over the years:

Helen Pattinson: Co-Founder and Director of Montezuma’s Chocolate:
Annette Browne: Trading Director of Women’s Wear at Marks and Spencer
Sally Cowdry: Marketing Director at O2 UK

Be pushy with charm. Opportunities won’t usually fall into your lap – you have to go looking for them.
Anne Morrison – Deputy Chair, BAFTA
